When listing a vehicle for sale, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
- Only list vehicles you are authorized to sell
- Upload genuine photos of the actual vehicle
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Pay applicable listing fees
You may not use our platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- List stolen or illegal vehicles
- Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to circumvent our fees or processes
- Harass or defraud other users
Listing packages are non-refundable once published. All fees must be paid in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice to users.
Sternridez acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality or condition of vehicles listed
- Transactions between buyers and sellers
- Any losses incurred through use of our platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
